The naturally occurring Bacillus sphaericus ABTS-1743 bacterium contained in Vectolex WG is the only bacterium that provides residual mosquito larvae control.
This residual control is based on the unique recycling mechanism of Bs. After mosquito larvae ingest a lethal dose and die, Bs is recycled in the larval cadavers, producing new spores and toxins, which provide extended residual control in the water column.
Scientific field trials have proven that Vectolex WG delivers exceptional residual performance across a wide range of habitats, maintaining effective control for a minimum of three weeks even in highly polluted septic waters.
